Terms & Conditions

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and may change without prior notice.

You are responsible for checking that all artwork, content, dimensions, spelling and details are correct before final approval. We are not liable for errors you approve.

Production timelines are estimates and may vary with workload, supplier delays or unforeseen circumstances. Ownership of final designs stays with Soweto Graphics until full payment is received.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

Privacy Policy

We collect the details you choose to provide through our order, general enquiry and careers forms so we can respond, prepare quotations, manage orders and review job applications. This may include your name, company, contact details, order or enquiry information and, for job applications, your CV and optional portfolio materials. We use automated security checks to help protect the forms from spam and abuse. Uploaded application files are processed as email attachments rather than saved to a public website folder. Your information may be processed by our website hosting and email service providers so the service can operate. We do not sell your personal information. We share it only when needed to respond to you, fulfil a requested service, process an application, or comply with the law. Please do not send sensitive personal information that is not needed for your enquiry or application. To request access, correction or deletion of information you submitted, contact info@sowetographics.co.za. Information retained in email systems is subject to the applicable mailbox and business retention practices.

We do not sell or share your information, except where needed to complete your order (couriers, payment processors) or where the law requires it.

Returns & Refunds

Because our work is custom, returns and refunds are not offered once production has started.

A refund may be considered if an order was cancelled before production began, or there is a proven defect or error caused by us. Report issues within 48 hours of receiving the order with photos or a clear description. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.

Delivery Policy

Orders are processed after full payment and final artwork approval. We tell you the estimated turnaround before production begins.

Collection from our premises is free. Local delivery is available in Soweto and surrounding areas (a fee may apply). Courier delivery is available nationwide, with fees based on size, weight and destination.

Delivery fees are separate from production costs unless your quotation says otherwise. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather or unforeseen circumstances, or for problems caused by incorrect delivery details.

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, tell us within 24 hours with photos and your order details. Risk passes to you on collection or once the order is handed to the courier.
